THURSDAY
Playgroup Open age playgroup. Weekly activities organised by our playgroup leader. Come along and make new friends in a friendly supportive atmosphere enjoying playtime with your children.Mothers / Fathers / Granparents most welcome. Please bring a piece of fruit to share. Drinks provided. Day: THURSDAY Time: 9.15am - 10.45am OR 11.00am - 12.30pm Date:April 19th - June 28th (11 sessions) Fee: 9.15am - 10.45am $66.00 11.00am -12.30pm $66.00 PLEASE NOTESecond Child of 1yr and over and extra $20 per session playgroup attended per term.
Moderate Exercise Training Would you like to do some moderate exercises In a supportive environment with a group of committed friendly participants regaining their health and well being. Facilitated by a qualified instructor. Offering, Cardio and strength training. Light weights, medicine balls and exercise bands used. Day: THURSDAY April 19th - June 28th (11 sessions) Time: 9.00am - 10.00am Fee: $6.00 per session New EARLY MORNING Class Would you like to do some moderate exercises In a supportive environment with a group of committed friendly participants regaining their health and well being. Facilitated by a qualified instructor. Offering, Cardio and strength training. Light weights, medicine balls and exercise bands used. Day: THURSDAY April 19th - June 28th (11 sessions) Time: 8.00am - 8.45am Session Fee: $5.00 per session Both men and women welcome.
NewThursday Book GroupNew If you are interested in becoming a part of our newly forming daytime book group please come along on Thursday 19th April our first session to discuss and develop a booklist for the rest of this year Day: THURSDAY TIme: 10.00am - 12.00pm Meeting on April 19th to discuss and develop a booklist, then on the first Thursday of each month Fee: $110.00
Freehand Dawing & Mixed Media Have you always wanted to learn how to draw freehand? Get in touch with your creative side - Join Jeannie Laine, acclaimed Peninsula artist, learn all the basics to get you started and beyond in a friendly supportive environment. Improve your drawing skills, tap into your past efforts, you may also like to try coloured pencils, charcoal, or pastels or perhaps you are interested in watercolour, come along and talk to Jeanie to see how she can help you . Beginners and experienced drawers / painters are most welcomed ! Day: THURSDAY TIme: 1.00pm - 3.00pm April 19th - June 28th (11 sessions) Fee: $110.00
French Foundations 1 To build stable foundations with a basic understanding of the French language and sound system. Using the method Vite et Bien, we develop language skills and incorporate them into conversation with Lydie, one of our experienced French tutors. French Foundations 2
To build on from Foundations 1, or for students with a basic understanding of the French language. We continue with the method Vite et Bien, to further develop language skills and incorporate them into conversation with Lydie, one of our experienced French tutors. Day: THURSDAY TIme: 7.00pm - 9.00pm April 19th - June 28th (11 sessions) Fee: $155.00
***PLEASE NOTE*** Membership for all participants attending activities at the Centre is now a requirement. We have extended our programs in our new facility, enabling us to offer more programs and partnerships with other organisations and service providers and welcome your involvement. There is a Membership cost of $2 once only joining fee and an annual fee of $10. Your Membership includes updates on activities, special events in Mt Eliza as well as our own celebrations to events such as our Christmas party . You will also be entitled to hold voting rights at our AGM. This contribution assists in the Centre’s wellbeing and keeps you informed of local activities of interest in Mt Eliza with a quarterly newsletter and program brochure with email updates.
